During the 2007 flu season, Community Nursing Services administered over 60,000 shots. We are happy to schedule an on-site clinic at your business, school, church, grocery store, Community Service Agency, Assisted Living Facility, Senior Housing Center, Residential Treatment Center, Physician's Office, and others.

Home Health Plus serve infants, children, new mothers, and adults with home health needs. Services are tailored to the client's health care problems and are reimbursed through insurance, Medicaid, and private pay.

Care that affirms life, and regards dying as a natural process...  Through our hospice and palliative care programs, an interdisciplinary team provides care to clients at the end of life.

Home care is available under Medicare for those who meet certain criteria. In general, a physician should be assured that the patient and the services required meet the following guidelines in order to qualify for Medicare home care:

Patients who benefit from psychiatric home care are often quite varied in age and needs. Many of them are "the sickest of the sick and the poorest of the poor."

The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s Standards of Practice for Hospice Programs describes palliative care as: Treatment that enhances comfort and improves the quality of an individual’s life during the last phase of life.

Our clinical team includes qualified and professional IV pharmacists who are well versed in drug and solution compounding. We also have a full staff of Pharmacy Technicians, IV Skilled Nurses, and a Registered Dietician. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide the highest levels of quality care and to ensure that all individual needs are being met.

The goal of the rehabilitation program is to help each client learn to function at their maximum level. Any person who has experienced a physical limitation as a result of trauma or critical illness may benefit from this program.
